Lead Consultant Professional Learning and Development Michelle leads the development and delivery of our professional learning content. She works closely with school district leaders to coordinate instructional support that meets their personalized needs. Michelle has a master’s degree in educational leadership and over 20 years’ experience in a wide variety of educational realms and roles from classroom teacher, instructional coach, assessment designer, curriculum coordinator, to educational consultant in virtual and in-person learning environments. She has supported schools, businesses, and college professors to increase student engagement, develop professional learning communities, implement best instructional practices, respond to data, and increase the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Michelle develops high energy professional development experiences that excite and motivate the audience's desire to learn and grow. Michelle creates professional development that aligns hands-on experience with instructional best practice. Michelle is the owner of Innovative Education Professionals LLC.
