Cathy Ferro M. Ed.

Cathy Ferro is a math interventionist and a professional learning consultant with Education System Solutions LLC.  With close to 30 years of educational experience, she brings a unique and current perspective to professional learning based on instructional best practices in teaching and learning.  Cathy's experience includes being a middle and high school math teacher, college adjunct professor, a district level administrator, and a professional learning designer.  Cathy is passionate about the teaching profession and loves to support teachers in improving their instructional practices, both with and without technological tools.   She has helped countless educators improve their teaching practice in areas such as student engagement, co-teaching, data analysis, formative assessment, station teaching, lesson planning, and instructional design.  Cathy also provides hands-on support for county and school administrators in areas such as instructional best practices, strategic planning, professional learning communities, master scheduling, and data analysis.
