Brian Withrow M.Ed.

Brian is President and Founder of Education System Solutions Inc. Established in 2019. He has worked in education as a Middle School Teacher, a High School Administrator, and a School Improvement/School Turnaround Specialist. During his teaching career he was a general education teacher in a co-taught classroom. He has vast experience that involves school turnaround, organizing and providing professional development, master scheduling, classroom assessment for learning, collaborative planning/teaming, education leadership support at the school/district level, co-teaching, strategic planning, and building culture and climate. Brian has worked extensively in the school turnaround field throughout his career at the school, district, state, national, and international levels. Brian was Boone County Schools Teacher of the Year and Young Alumni of the Year at Potomac State College of West Virginia University. He and Dr. Wendy Lochner co-authored an article titled Looking for School Improvement? Get a Diagnostic! T-CARE Fall 2019 Volume B.
